The reason we developed this tool is straightforward: as passionate fans of both College Football and Madden video games, we noticed a gap that needed to be addressed to enhance the experience of both games.

The idea for Gridiron Game Changer was born out of a common frustration among gamers: the inability to transfer players from College Football’s Dynasty Mode into Madden’s Franchise Mode. Back in the day, you could easily export your draft classes from College Football into Madden, but this feature was removed, and we were disappointed to see it go. We understood the reasons—NIL issues and other complexities—but it left a big gap for players who wanted to keep their college stars in the NFL. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a tool to fill this void.

We started by diving into the data from both games, studying the ratings of top players in College Football 25 and Madden 25. Our goal was to figure out how to best convert these ratings while keeping them accurate and true to the players' skills. This process involved a lot of number-crunching and fine-tuning to ensure that every converted player felt as authentically them.

Next, we developed a user-friendly calculator that we could embed into our website to make this tool accessible to everyone. Our design focused on simplicity, so you can easily and quickly input your player data, get accurate conversions, and receive the results to save for later. For those of you who like everything organized in spreadsheets, we made sure that when saving player ratings, you could easily transfer them there.
